What makes a her a Celestial mustang? Well, celestial mustangs have flame like manes and tails but they do not burn. The mane and tail are made of the same stuff that makes a comet's tail visible. Their coat colors are usually any color but normal horse colors, usually with patterns that reflect space. They are nocturnal usually, and their coats glow lightly in the dark.
